L o v e *

How many of us have ever truly been in love? I'm not talking puppy love, but REAL, raw love. The kind, that looks past all flaws, and still finds the REAL you as captivating, as the person we 'pretend' to be in the beginning. Oh, you know, we all do it. We try and stay on our p's and q's when first starting out, in fear that we might scare our possible significant other off. The kind of love, that truly knows no jealousy,has the utmost trust, and communication is as paramount as the moon. Well, if you have then you truly have been blessed, especially in this day and age.


The biggest problem our generation faces, is that love has died. We would rather be in uncommitted relationships, with people who don't deserve our time. Courting has died down. Is this our fault? Who is to blame for this? I honestly think that society has encouraged the male species to become the 'player', while females have become too tired of being the 'played'. Roles are switching, and in the midst of all of this Love is truly dying.

Love is the most amazing thing you can ever truly experience, when its RIGHT.It is when you know inside, that you've finally found the person that you can't live without, and spending your life without them for a second longer, would be torture. Love has many definitions, because its depth can only truly be comprehended by those who have experienced it. The person you're meant to be with, will be the person that brings out the best in you, and only wants positivity for you. It won't be tears caused by pointless arguments, or drama from outside sources. It isn't always roses, and love notes. REAL love is hard work, falling in love is always the easy, and most fun part, but you know you've got something worth holding on to, when even after the falling in love subsides, you still feel the same about the person. My belief is that when you're REALLY in love, nothing can come between you guys; Not, lack of time (you always make time) not someone else (the only time someone else comes into the picture is when something else is lacking) hell, not even money comes between REAL love.
